We also explore how Katie’s Irish roots and Catholic heritage may have played a role in the decision she made to dump the man whose poster she had on her bedroom wall growing up.
AOIFE MARRIES HER MR D’ARCY
When a hot model and a hot rugby player got wed!
We were already entranced by the relationship between model Aoife Cogan and Leinster rugby player Gordon D’Arcy, and were even more taken with the classy wedding in County Monaghan. The glamour was high-octane between the WAGs and the models and the celebrities like Amy Huberman and Susie Amy, but we loved the quirky touches, like the old car that Gordon rocked up to the church in and Aoife’s beaded headpiece! Check out the gorgeous pix in this month’s edition of RSVP.

RSVP was delighted to chat to Nicky Byrne about his feelings on the end of popular band Westlife, who drew a curtain on their 14-year career with two spectacular concerts at Croke Park last month. The charming Artane man spoke to us about his relationship with Kian, Shane and Mark, life with Georgina and five-year-old twins Rocco and Jay, and his plans for the future.

On the record..

Now that he has gone away for six months with the army, she describes how they plan to keep their love alive!
Now that we’re well and truly in the swing of the festival season, we need to get our wardrobes sorted for rocking the outdoor events that are popping up everywhere.
