Christmas is just around the corner and we are SO excited. Here at RSVP we have sussed out the BEST places to visit Santa and his elves this year.

So here it is Ladies and Gentlemen, our ultimate Santa guide for 2016!

Take a festive Christmas break with the family and visit Fota Island, Cork to discover an ‘entirely new Christmas experience’.

Another magical adventure awaits all of the family at Bunratty Folk Park.

Santa arrives with Mrs. Claus and his little helpers on November the 25th until December the 23rd.

Enjoy the enchanting stories of the Folk Park storyteller, as he explains all the magical events that has happened over the years at Christmas.

The village setting is stunning as it is beautifully decked with holly, fairy lights and the most amazing Tree.

Reservations are necessary however, as Santa is a very busy and popular man at Bunratty!

Airfield, Dundrum offers an array of activities included in their magical Santa experience.

Posting letters with the elves, group visits to Santa’s house, story telling, making Christmas treats in the Elves Kitchen along with some complimentary hot chocolate to warm everyone up!

Make some amazing family memory’s and get the pictures to prove it, with a photographer available to take the cutest pictures alongside Santa’s sleigh.

Visit Winterval Festival in Waterford to celebrate its Fifth birthday this year!

Claiming Waterford is the Capital of Christmas, we just might have to agree here at RSVP, as the festival offers some of the most magical experiences for the whole family to enjoy.

The festival attracted over 5000,000 visitors last year.

What’s even better is that many of the events are free of charge, so you can go to as many as you like!!

The free events include storytelling, Penguins at the Palace Winter Wonderland, Toy Museums, home crafting classes and many more.

Santa’s grotto is at the medieval museum, and after visiting Santa you can even go Ice-skating, visit the Sleigh, or take a trip on Santa’s express train.

Last but not least, how about visiting SantaTrain, Rathwood.

Where the infamous Trixie the elf helps Santa, along with Mrs. Claus to create the most fantastic winter wonderland experience.

Make sure to keep an eye out for Rudolph and the rest of the reindeer too.

The enchanted forests will have you feeling as though you are the main characters in a winter fairy tale.

Everyone visiting Santa will be warmed up with some complimentary hot chocolate before receiving their special gift along with a Rathwood activity book.
