Gwyneth Paltrow Talks Haters And Bad Press In New Red Interview
It seems the recent controversy over the forthcoming publication of that Vanity Fair article has brought out Gwyneth Paltrow’s fierce side!
The 41-year-old actress is unapologetic in the December issue of Red magazine, cursing her way through the interview and sticking it to her haters.
“It’s like the older I get I realise it doesn’t matter what people who don’t know you think. It doesn’t matter. You’re wasting your energy,” explains Gwyneth.
As for negative press, the mother-of-two admits that she has made a point of completely avoiding the press:
“For me, obviously, I have it on a very large, global scale. I don’t have it in the village gossip way; but it’s the same thing. That’s why I really don’t read anything. Because if it’s important, it filters down to me.”
And while her more controversial moments in the past have earned her a bad reputation, Gwyneth is actually pretty funny, not to mention extremely frank!
On the subject of having more kids, she admits that while the recent birth of her niece had her feeling a bit broody, there are certain perks to now being past the early years with Apple and Moses:
“Like today I was sitting in the bathroom with Moses and I was like, “Oh my God, I’m so glad he can wipe his own a**.” I’m so glad I don’t have to do that any more,” says Gwyneth, adding, “I don’t know if I could go all the way back.”
When you put it that way, maybe you’re right!
