Irishman killed in accident on London building site
An Irishman has been killed in an accident on a London building site.
The man was working at a building site when he was seriously injured according to the Irish Mirror.
The man was named as Kevin Hoare, from Clare.
The publication report that witnesses revealed the accident involved a concrete mixer, saying:
“It appeared that a ball used to clean out concrete pumps had become wedged in the pipe, causing a build-up of pressure that resulted in it flying out of the pump with force”.
It is understood that Kevin’s brother also worked in London and that their parents had been over visiting the brothers at the time.
