In yet another sign that son Noah is in fact on the path to full health Michael Bublé has returned to music with an emotional video.

It is the first time Michael has done any work since his three year old son Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer.

However this evening he made a return to music sharing a video to his new single, I Believe In You, that had his fans in tears.

The emotional video shows a small boy and girl’s journey through life, with the pair eventually ending up falling in love and raising children together.

The release of the video comes just days after Michael and his wife of six years announced that their son is recovering after receiving treatment for cancer, with wife Luisana also reportedly preparing to return to work.

After Noah's diagnosis last year, the couple immediately put their careers on hold cancelling all commitments.

However, a statement released on behalf of Michael and Luisana last week, revealed that Noah was doing very well, stating:

"We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy. He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage. We thank God for the strength he has given all of us. Our gratitude to his doctors and caretakers cannot be put into words. We'd also like to thank the thousands of people that have sent their prayers and good wishes to us. As we continue this journey, we are greatly comforted by your support and love."
