Robbie Brady secures Three FAI International Football awards
Robbie Brady secures Three FAI International Football awards after a stellar 12 months for him.
The soccer star cleaned up at last night’s annual presentation.
The Burnley ace picked up three top titles, including ‘FAI Senior International Player of the Year’, ‘goal of the year’ and ‘young player of the year’.
He recently linked up with the Premier League side after manager Sean Dyche signed him for £13million.
The contract will see him play for the clarets for three-and-a-half-years after a transfer from Norwich earlier this year.
The 25-year-old told RTE: “For me to get the opportunity and the manager to give me the opportunity to play here is fantastic.
“I’ll grab it with both hands and hopefully I can do my bit to help out the lads.
“It’s a great move for myself and the people to show faith in me to take me here is something I’m very grateful for and hopefully I can repay them.”
Brady also proposed to long-term love, Kerrie Harris last October and their wedding plans are currently in full swing.
