THE DATE
8 July 2016
THE LOCATION
Sacred Heart Church, Glounthaune, Co. Cork
THE DRESS
My dress was from Sefton House Bridal, Thomas Street, Limerick.
It was a silk ivory gown in a straight style. At the waist there were crystal and beaded embellishments in a circular design with diamond details in the centre. A full cathedral length train was attached to the waist from the centre back of the gown, which could be removed in order to dance the night away!

PHOTOGRAPHER AND VIDEOGRAPHER
Photopgrapher: Sean Clarke www.seanclarkephotography.com
Videographer: Arclight weddings
Both our photographer and videographer were amazing to work with on the day. They were so relaxed and unobtrusive, giving us the chance to really have fun with the shots.
THE VENUE
The reception took place in The Garryvoe Hotel, Ballycotton Bay, East Cork. It is a beautiful hotel with stunning sea views. An exquisite library with a circular bar was the location for the drinks reception. Stephen and his staff provided us with amazing service from start to finish and could not have done more for us before, or on the day. 180 guests joined us including friends who had travelled from Sydney, New York, London and Dubai.
SPECIAL HIGHLIGHTS
The trip to the Jameson Distillery in Midleton for wedding photographs was a highlight for us. Rob’s father has worked there for over 40 years and it was lovely to have our wedding pictures taken in a place that has such a strong family connection. The bridal party enjoyed a gourmet picnic in the distillery which was provided as a wedding gift from friends Grainne and Lynne, as well as a round of Jameson and ginger ale to wash it all down.
THE HONEYMOON
We went to Cancun in Mexico when were stayed at Secrets Maroma for 10 nights. After that we flew onto New York City for 6 nights.
