Follow these tried and tested six early morning steps and we can ensure that you will have a healthy & happy day

1: Drink water with apple cider vinegar first thing.

Yes, this is easier said than done, but the health benefits will outweigh the taste. Apple cider vinegar aids in weight loss, lowers blood sugar levels, give you energy, helps your skin, the list is endless, it also adds acid to your stomach (so don't take too much) and relieves intestinal spasms.

2: Plan a great breakfast.

Breakfast really is the most important meal and is often overlooked. If time is not on your side, prepare the night before, check out the below, easy recipe which is bursting with omega 3.

Chia Pudding:

All you do is put one part chia seeds , two parts water/milk alternative. Some people like to add a few spoons of their favourite yoghurt. It is extra delicious when you add some goji berries and fruit puree .

3: Take your vitamins

There is sometimes confusion around what vitamins to take. Always get advice on the best vitamin for you from a nutritionist. But we have some recommendations below

GNC Vitamin C – To support Immune health

GNC Vitamin D - GNC Vitamin D3 1000iu Chewable Tablets support the immune system, the maintenance of normal teeth, bones, and muscle function. Studies conducted in Ireland show that low and deficient levels of vitamin D are widespread in the population of Ireland. The body’s ability to produce vitamin D decreases at times when the sun’s rays are less direct (ie. dark days, such as during winter months). Directions: As a food supplement, take one tablet daily. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function.

Or GNC vitapaks - GNC Vitapaks. These are a convenient, comprehensive, once-daily supplement regime, scientifically designed for specific lifestyles, genders and goals. For example, the WUM (Women’s Ultra Mega) Beauty Vitapak contains essential vitamins and minerals to support healthy hair, skin and nails, while there are multiple products designed to aid muscle recovery and performance in active
men and women. There are also tailored ranges for women going through the menopause and men over 50, to support prostate health. Each Vitapak programme packs the benefits of up to six advanced formulas into one easy-to-remember, grab-and- go package; they can help fill the gaps in your diet you didn’t even know you had – and they offer great value versus buying each supplement separately

4: Make sure to do a natural skin care routine each morning

Cleansing:

Dampen face with a warm wet cloth. Add a blob of your favourite cleanser to your hands and apply to face gently using a rotating motion. Rinse face cloth and remove cleanser.

Toning: Choose a toner that matches your skin type. Apply to face with cotton pad.

Moisturise: With the colder weather, a thicker moisturizer will provide an extra layer of protection. Apply liberally to the face and neck

5: Do a 5 minute meditation from youtube.

It is surprising how you can find the time and it is the calming supplement you cannot buy. Give it a go.
