Warrant issued for Ferne McCann’s boyfriend following acid attack in London
Ferne McCann has reportedly urged boyfriend Arthur Collins to hand himself in after a warrant was issued for his arrest in connection with the horrific acid attack in a nightclub this week.
The TOWIE star has urged her boyfriend to “co-operate fully” with police and hand himself in for questioning police confirmed he was wanted in connection with the Dalston nightclub acid attack.
The attack took place at Mangle E8, in Dalston, after an “unknown corrosive substance” was thrown in the early hours.
According to the Mirror, the chemical substance was sprayed on multiple people, after a dispute broke out between two groups.
A spokeswoman for Ferne, stated:
“Ferne is aware the police wish to speak to Arthur Collins and the nature of the accusations against him. Obviously these are highly shocking and Ferne has co-operated with the police in their inquiries. She was not with Arthur on Sunday night, was not at Mangle and has no direct knowledge of the events. She wants to know the truth and urges Arthur to co-operate fully with the police and attend a police station immediately. ”
Jamie O’Hara revealed his cousin, Sadie Wright, was one of those hurt in the attack, leaving her with facial burns.
TOWIE stars Chloe Meadows, Jamie Reed and his girlfriend, Jade Lewis, were also at the club on the night, as well as model Isobella Fraser.
She shared painful photos of her wounds being dressed after being left with serious burns following the attack.
A witness at the club, told the Sun:
An eye-witness opened up about the terrifying situation, admitting it was “crazy scary”.
“It was crazy scary — everyone was screaming. I was at the bar with friends and a guy was pushing some people around, A bouncer asked him to leave, but he grabbed his arm and pulled a bottle out of his pocket. He sprayed the bouncer and my friend and some girls got hit. At first everyone thought it was water, then people started running as they realised it was acid. The guy who threw it then started throwing other stuff before he ran off. One girl looked in a bad way. Staff were putting wet towels on her face and pouring water over her.”
The two most seriously injured men, aged 24 and 29, have been transferred to a specialist burns unit in Essex where they remained in a serious but stable condition. The attack also reportedly left one young woman blind in one eye.
