Adventure West is a new and innovative adventure company in Westport, Co. Mayo, providing one of the best adventure days out in Ireland. The experiences they offer include sorbing, zipwire rides, coasteering and abseiling. Zorbing is the newest adventure craze to come out of New Zealand and Adventure West have worked closely with the original inventors of zorbing to design their track and site and have two high quality zorbing balls to choose from, the WEGO, which offers a harnessed but faster and more extreme ride, and the H2OGO, which they describe as a mixture of a rollercoaster and a waterslide. Their zipwire ride is 270m long and gives fabulous panoramic views of the grounds of Westport House.

We have gift vouchers for two to give away to six lucky winners. These vouchers will give the winners one zorbing ride of your choice and two zip wire rides.

Viking Splash Tours

Viking Splash Tours is Dublin’s only amphibious sightseeing tour, started by Irish-American couple Peter and Lynda Stocks in 1999. They utilise six authentic Second World War amphibious vehicles, DUKWs, to give sightseers an imaginative and exciting Viking-themed tour of Dublin on both land and water all led by one of their ‘Viking Captains’.

With such a rich, water-based history in Dublin, there could be no better way of telling this story than with vehicles capable of travelling on both land and water. All groups are catered for, including birthday parties for children and adults, stag and hen parties, school and college groups, family reunions, weddings, corporate events, incentive programs, team building or even as a means to get around the city in ‘style’.

We have 6 pairs of tickets to give away to Viking Splash Tours.

Dublinia

Dublinia is an unforgettable experience in a historically important location in the heart of Dublin City, the crossroads where modern and old Dublin meets. There are three exciting exhibitions that will leave you with a new perspective of the city. The Viking Exhibition lets you see for yourself what life was really like in Dublin during the times of the Vikings. You will learn of their long and challenging voyages, their weaponry and the skills required to become a Viking warrior.

With the Medieval Dublin Exhibition you’ll learn about life in the city from the time of Strongbow up until the Reformation. You can visit a medieval fair, visit a rich merchant’s kitchen and walk down a bustling medieval street. The History Hunters Exhibition will teach you all about how archaeology works and how archaeologists piece together the lives of our ancestors. You can see genuine viking and medieval artifacts including those of a medieval skeleton, found in Dublin.

We have six family passes to give away to Dublinia.
