Bernard Brogan tied the knot to Keira Doyle in a stunning affair in Kilkenny’s Mount Juliet resort in December 2016.

The All-Ireland winning Dublin star married the love of his life just eleven months after popping the question while on holiday in Turkey.

The high flying corner forward said “I do” in front of close family and friends and of course, some of Dub teammates were in attendance to wish him luck.

Ahead of the nuptials, he exclusively told RSVP Magazine: “A few of the lads will be there, but I would love to bring everyone to the wedding. I have been on the Dublin team for ten years and I have played with almost 80 or 90 players over that time.

“Jim Gavin and a couple of the management team will be there. The wedding is about having a bit of craic and celebrating the day.”

On the day Keira- who works in public relations- opted for an eye catching chiffon dress, complete with a fabulous statement fur piece.

Not be outdone, Bernard chose a dapper three-piece suit and he looked as handsome as ever pictured outside the church.

As the celebrations continue into the night at the picturesque location, the loved up duo can look forward to a well-deserved break abroad in the New Year.

“The management have given us the green light to take a honeymoon trip and I will be back to training as soon as I am home.

“We were playing until October and after that we had some club games so it has been a long year, it will be nice to get a break,” he continued to RSVP Magazine.

Congrats to the happy couple!
