#BREAKING Woman arrested on suspicion of trying to break into Prince George’s School
A woman has been arrested on suspicion of trying to break into Prince George’s school while the four-year-old royal was in lessons.
Police were called to Thomas’ Battersea School after a woman gained access, according to The Daily Mail
Prince George arrived for his first day at the South London school on Thursday.
The suspect, 40, was taken to a south London police station where she remains.
Met Police said they would be working with school to review security protocol.
A spokesperson said: ‘We are working with the school, which is attended by His Royal Highness Prince George, to review its security arrangements after the incident.
‘Police were alerted and officers attended immediately after the issue came to light.
‘Police are part of the protective security arrangements for the Prince and we will continue to work closely with the school, which is responsible for building security on its site.’
