Dublin Club Howl At The Moon To Be Demolished
One of Ireland’s most popular nightclubs is set to be demolished.
According to The Irish Sun, Howl At The Moon, located Lower Mount Street in Dublin, will be knocked down to make way for a new hotel with 53 rooms.
It’s such a popular venue with students and young professionals, so it will be sorely missed.
In 2016, the venue was sold to Oakmount which owns the Dean Hotel.
Oakmount has plans to open another hotel, in Ranelagh, in 2018 which will have 40 bedrooms.
According to the Irish Times, Oakmount will have a total of 204 rooms across its four hotels once they are all completed, assuming the Mount Street plans are approved.
