Jamiroquai’s Jay Kay left unable to move after surgery on his spine
Jamiroquai’s Jay Kay has revealed he has been left unable to move after undergoing surgery on his spine.
The singer took to social media to update followers and revealed he was “immobilised” after getting a series of injections, saying:
“I’ve just come out of the theatre where I’ve had some stunningly painful injections to my spinal discs as it were. And I’m really unhappy about being immobilised as you can imagine. But I’m doing my utmost best to get myself together again.”
“Attempting to rebuild like Automaton, the show must go on… #JamiroquaiLive2017 .”
The band had been due to perform a series of dates after releasing their eighth studio album – Automaton.
