Kate Middleton is reportedly planning a home birth
Kate Middleton is reportedly planning a home birth when she welcomes her third child after Christmas.
She wants to deliver the baby in Kensington Palace.
Advice from medical professionals prevented the Duchess of Cambridge from giving birth to Prince George and Princess Charlotte at home.
This means that she will be hidden away from the world’s press when the birth occurs in a few short months.
“The Duchess knew it wasn’t possible for her first baby to be born at home, but she asked for a home birth for the second.
“Officials and doctors thought it too risky.
“There was concern and in the end she decided against it,” a source told MailOnline.
Kate previously gave birth to Prince George in 2013 before welcoming Princess Charlotte just two years later.
Kensington Palace announced the news of her third pregnancy early last week.
What will the queen say?
