Louise Redknapp split with husband Jamie after Daisy Lowe convinced her she was still sexy.

That was the turning point in her long-standing romance with the football star.

Louise and Daisy struck up a friendship on Strictly Come Dancing last year and her appearance on the BBC show made her re-evaluate her life.

One particular incident really stands out for her.

The 42-year-old said she had lightbulb moment when Daisy burst into her dressing room and told her: “Oh, my God look at your gorgeous body. You have to wear a sexy dress.”

In an honest and open interview with Stella Magazine, she admitted: “She kept on at me to wear something sexy and by week three, I was in a leotard and tights not feeling self-conscious at all.

“I could feel myself changing week by week.

“Sometimes I felt like crying because deep down inside me this voice was screaming ‘This is what I have been missing!’”

The couple have no plans to divorce, but they are currently living apart.

Their break-up came as a massive shock to fans early in the summer.
