Victoria Beckham has been giving fans an insight into her diet tricks recently.
The star revealed the things she swears by to keep her figure in check on Instagram, revealing she takes Apple Cider Vinegar on an empty stomach every morning.
Sharing her morning routine on Instagram, she shared a bottle of unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar, writing:
“Be brave! Two tbsp first thing on an empty tummy! X”
She then revealed she follows this with a green smoothie.
She also suggested using the apple cider which has been shown to aid weight loss and boost metabolism in snacks like toasted seeds and nuts.
