Young mum-of-four dies suddenly just days before she is due to audition on The Voice
A talented mother-of-four has passed away just days before she was set to audition on The Voice for famous judges such as Will.I.Am and Sir Tom Jones.
Singer Sioned Wyn Roberts, 33, collapsed suddenly at home, before she was due at the ITV show auditions tomorrow, reports The Daily Mail.
Her partner, Daniel Jones, tried to revive her and she was rushed to hospital in Bangor, but was pronounced dead there later yesterday.
She leaves behind four children – Holly, 12, Sion, 10, Hannah, nine and Sam, six – in Caernarfon, North Wales.
Sioned, who was a talented singer and a member of a choir, was due to audition the ITV show tomorrow.
Her devastated brother Meilir, 40, said: ‘She loved music.
‘She sang in a women’s choir formed to compete at this year’s National Eisteddfod and was planning to take part in an audition for the Voice on Thursday.
‘The paramedics really did fantastic work and carried on after getting her pulse to try and resuscitate her for another hour and a half.’
He added: ‘She particularly liked songs with meaning to them and love songs. Among her favourite artists were Celine Dion and Bette Midler.’
Our thoughts are with her loved ones at this devastating time………
